As you all may know, wedding planning and the wedding day can be quite stressful - DJ Kelli and Puget Sounds helped make sure that our wedding went by as smooth as possible while making sure that the music that played were authentically us. Dale was very communicative and responsive throughout the process from the our first stages of inquiring, all the way to after the wedding. DJ Kelli is very organized, calm (very important during a busy busy day), collaborative, and supportive. DJ Kelli is such an amazing DJ to work with as they utilize tools like a very intuitive app that helped simplify an otherwise complicated day and they are also entertaining and funny as our emcee. It’s also important to note that DJ Kelli and Dale made us feel accepted and heard and I just want to thank both of them for that 💕 Fun stories, DJ Kelli helped us find Avatar (ATLA not the blue people) themed songs to use during our day like the Avatar’s Love in Legend of Korra for the bridal procession and Secret Tunnel during our dance. During our first entrance as a married couple, DJ Kelli coached our more seasoned relatives on how to dance HOT TO GO while announcing our entrance like we were Wrestlemania champs! Also, since we had a buffet, DJ Kelli expertly guided each table through the buffet line and made it look so easy and seamless - we were really impressed and it showed that they are extremely experienced in wedding events! Overall, 100 out of 10! DJ Kelli and Puget Sounds deserve to be recognized and you also deserve to have someone as expert and genuine like them to DJ your most special day! Dale and DJ Kelli are a winning team! Dale was kind and easy to communicate with in the lead up to our wedding, then on our actual wedding day DJ Kelli did a wonderful job! They struck a great balance of honoring our specific song requests while also reading and responding to the energy in the room. We hadn’t initially planned on hiring a DJ but we’re so glad we did!

DJ Kelli is the best DJ ever! We highly recommend DJ Kelli to literally anyone and everyone! Our day of coordinator bailed on us the day before our wedding and DJ Kelli made my wife and I feel so at ease about the whole thing and stepped in to make sure the day went off without a hitch. Words can’t describe how much this meant to us! The music was bumping and the vibes were so incredibly high thanks to DJ Kelli!! Choosing Kelli for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, Kelli and Dale were incredibly professional, responsive, easy to chat with, and super accommodating. When it came to the day of, Kelli seamlessly blended our eclectic music taste into a fantastic playlist that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Kelli’s ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high was on point. Kelli even got on the dance floor and interacted with us/the guests. Hiring DJ Kelli was a great choice! Dale explained the pricing clearly, and made sure to follow up constantly to make sure we had uploaded everything into the app. He also worked with our strings trio to make sure they had what they needed. Their app was super easy to use, and we were able to indicate all our song selections for each part of our ceremony. On the day of, DJ Kelli was awesome. We had 3 separate locations within our venue for our ceremony, cocktail hour/dinner, and dancing. She made sure our ceremony was well amplified, and all the guests could hear our officiant and us loud and clear. The transition to cocktail hour and dinner was also seamless, and the music continued! She made sure to check the pronunciation of our parents names (both Chinese) with us, and said the names perfectly. She kept the vibes and fun going with dancing, and made sure to play our must-plays. She as also great at making announcements, and made sure guests knew where they were going. We had such a fun time because of DJ Kelli!

Joining the chorus of 131 perfect 5 star reviews (and counting). By far the best DJ experience we had ever encountered at a wedding- so lucky it was ours! DJ Kelli and Dale were amazing from the initial consultation and planning stages all the way through the end of the night. Excellent communication, made us feel very comfortable and understood. Took our suggested songs and ran with them, and absolutely crushed the vibe. Perfect mix of our preferred music genre (upbeat EDM-adjacent pop) with enough well-known crowd pleasers for everyone. Even my dad was dancing! Kelli was a perfect MC with impeccable style and tore it up on the dance floor with us at times- seemed to be genuinely enjoying the night which really added to the joy of the experience. We went with the Dance All Night package which was 100% worth it- the uplighting really added to the experience.

There were two things we loved with working with Puget Sounds. First, when we were vetting potential DJs, they were the *only* company that responded in a timely manner and kept their consultation appointment. The second thing we loved was having Kelli be our DJ! She was great at reading the room and knowing when to ease back and when to crank the party. DJ Kelli and Dale were amazing from start to finish. We clicked immediately with Dale when we messaged to ask if Puget Sounds was queer friendly--and they definitely are! DJ Kelli was a blast to talk to and very helpful during our planning meeting, and they were so easy to talk to that it was never awkward or frustrating. Dale replied to our questions and concerns within 24 hours each time, and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with the answer or resolution. The DJ followed our playlists instructions perfectly at the wedding--we had playlists but requested that they play a certain amount of non-playlist songs that still fit the vibe during each section of the wedding. The music all flowed seamlessly and DJ Kelli's announcement and ability to read the crowd contributed to making our night perfect. Even though there weren't a ton of dancers at our party, my new spouse and I had a TON of fun and spent nearly the entire night on the dance floor with each other and with our loved ones. DJ Kelli could not have done better--they matched the vibes, crowd, and theme absolutely perfectly.

Dale was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and worked directly with our venue to make sure everything would work seamlessly. On our wedding day, DJ Kelli was the ideal DJ and MC. My wife and I were married on 4/27/24 in Seattle and DJ Kelli was our DJ. It was important to us to find vendors who were part of , or supportive of , the LGBTQ+ community. Dale, the manager was extremely friendly and ensured the months and weeks leading up to the wedding were very well organized. DJ Kelli was so much fun and brought enthusiasm and energy to our reception. We also added a photo booth with printer that were a huge hit, I truly couldn't recommend Puget Sounds enough. 🌈

Kelli kept our party going all night! Besides having a killer playlist, and an app that made it so easy to share our favorite songs, Kelli was so easy to work with. Kelli didn’t miss a beat all night and was such a fun and light presence. During planning, Kelli and Dale were super easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any and all questions. They had the added super simple but fantastic touch of releasing our tables by actually going out into the crowd — we’ve been to some weddings where releasing tables felt like a horrible mix of game show and school cafeteria, but this was such a nice way to keep the crowd flowing and get all of our guests fed in a timely manner!

DJ Kelli kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time during our wedding reception. I have honestly never been to a wedding where the grandparents, aunts, and uncles, are on the dance floor the entire night and we had that, all thanks to Kelli. The music selection was phenomenal. Usually at weddings there are a few periods of time where people leave the dance floor because it wasn't a song they could dance to but this NEVER happened at our wedding. Kelli knew the audience, kept the music I wanted to play and played it in an order where everyone is still talking about it, months later. 10/10 recommend Kelli for your wedding DJ. DJ Kelli lit up our wedding with the music we wanted and the music they played by judging our crowd. Puget Sounds music planning iPhone app made loading up and exploring the queue of songs easy. We were able to select the songs we wanted for each dance, walk-in, etc. Kelli came with fancy lighting, quality speakers, and the perfect voice for running the show. Kelli was always on time to our meetings, was easy to stay in contact with, and had some great ideas. Kelli was ready with wireless mics for the ceremony and didn’t miss a beat at the reception. My husband and I 100% recommend Kelli and their team to anyone looking to have an upbeat, fun occasion!

Honestly the best DJ service I have ever had at a wedding and not just saying that because it was our wedding. I have been to a lot of weddings and ours had the most people I have ever seen stay on the dance floor the whole night and was so much fun. Dale and DJ Kelli were honestly amazing! We didn't give them much direction with trying to cram everything last minute and they were so great I didn't even have to worry about it. They went with the flow and anything we threw at them. We gave Kelli permission to take our guests recommendations and I really enjoyed that because it got all of our guests on the dance floor at some point and some DJs are so against taking recommendations and that's frustrating. I had so many family and friends say how amazing the DJ was and honestly it can make or break your wedding but these guys will make it. Their system to set up your wedding is super easy to use! Don't second guess hiring them just do it, trust me they're worth it! Thank you so much Puget Sounds it was an amazing night!

She has an amazing app designed for couples to stay organized and request specific songs for the whole ceremony & reception. She tailored our music to fit us perfectly! Look no more, you found your DJ. The word amazing does not give them enough credit. Planning was so simple with the app. Everything from the music and entertainment was five stars. From beginning to end, our experience with Dale and Kelli was fantastic! It is nerve-wracking re-planning a wedding not only during 2023 but also from out-of-state. Our first interaction with Dale was calm, straightforward, and informational. It was clear that he has been doing this a while and knows what he is doing. Then we met our DJ, Kelli, what an amazing and engaging person. We chatted via video calls several times to build a rapport and for them to learn our music tastes and give us guidance. Their recommended last song was perfect for us. They made our night epic! We hired Puget Sounds for our very small wedding. Our guests were blown away by DJ Kelli’s abilities! We had so many of our guests comment on how great the music choices were, which is not an easy task since our guests were mostly a mix of Millennials and Boomers. We were afraid that our guests would not dance, but this was an unfounded fear - we had people dancing all night! Our wedding was September 3rd, 2023. From start to finish, DJ Kelli and manager Dale were PHENOMENAL. Every email response I received from Dale was sent to me in the most timely of manners, and he was always extremely helpful and informative about everything! Kelli was BEYOND what we could have ever dreamed of/hoped for for our wedding. She went above and beyond and made sure that our wedding ran as smoothly as possible. Our entire wedding party was so impressed at how much EXTRA she was doing!!! If you are on the fence at ALL about whether or not to use Puget Sounds as your DJ... Hire DJ Kelli! The Puget Sounds team is so responsive and such a pleasure to work with. Kelli was a fantastic addition to the team to make wedding day absolutely magical — they brought the chillest energy amid some slightly chaotic moments prior to the wedding ceremony to help the bride, took the lead in organizing a distractible crowd when it was dinner time, and brought the party energy during the reception! We had some very non-traditional elements of our day that Kelli took in stride! DJ Kelli was creative, great with doing quick check-ins with the bride to make sure everything was on-track, and even quickly relayed list of guest song requests for us to approve or veto while everyone was on the dance floor to make sure the vibe was exactly what we wanted. Our wedding ceremony and reception was all in one large outdoor area and DJ Kelli was amazing at guiding the guests through transitions from one activity to the next (ie, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, cake cutting, dancing, etc.) Thank you Puget Sounds!!

We hired DJ Kelli for our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were so great to work with from the moment we first reached out - both Kelli and their manager Dale were super communicative and happy to answer any of our questions. The online portal made it super easy to fill out our song choices, finalize a timeline, etc. For cocktail hour and dinner, we went with DJ Kelli's choice for music and several of our guests commented on how much they loved the playlist. For the dancing portion of the night, we picked a few songs ahead of time as a starting point, but DJ Kelli did a fantastic job of 'reading the room' and playing music that everyone loved! We also decided to add on a photo booth through Puget Sounds a couple weeks before our wedding and it was such a hit! The photos came out great, and the machine was super easy for everyone to use. DJ Kelli was also a great MC, and helped keep the timeline on track! Everything went so smoothly, and we can't recommend them enough!

He made sure to go through every aspect of our timeline multiple times prior to our wedding. The day of, everything was right on time and we didn't need to worry about a thing. Kelli was our DJ and they did an amazing job!! Right from the moment we agreed to hire them, Dale (manager) began planning our wedding night and insured that it would be exactly what we wanted. Kelli from Puget Sounds was an absolute dream of a DJ! From our first conversation, Dale was very fun, professional and accommodating. My partner and I were overjoyed that we were able to book Kelli for our wedding! During the planning process, they were both extremely positive and responsive. They were also very excited about our music choices, which made us feel like we had good taste! They even helped craft the flow of events for our special day to ensure that everything would move smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the audio for the entire event was perfect! No issues whatsoever. At the reception, DJ Kelli did a great job mixing the music to keep the dancefloor bumpin’. Our guests were having so much fun that there was a mosh pit for Mr. Brightside. LOL. At the end of the night, the guests exited the dance hall to go outside to prepare for our sparkler exit. It was during this time that DJ Kelli hosted a private dance for us, the bride & groom. It was very special to share a song, just the two of us. This was such a nice touch and created a memory we will have for a very long time. Overall, Kelli truly made our night unforgettable, and we cannot emphasize enough how professional, upbeat & kind she was! Our guests were very impressed. As the Bride & Groom, Kelli and Dale truly made us feel SO comfortable and confident that we were going to have the best night of our life – & surely enough, we did! Wow! What an experience! If you have not had the pleasure of listening to DJ Kelli. then you are out of luck! This D.J. is incredible! Not only is she personable, she knows her craft. She is also punctual and very professional! Kelli goes out of her way to make your event a special one. This is the third time we have used DJ Kelli for our kid's weddings. In fact when our last child got engaged it was a given that we have DJ Kelli. I would highly recommend hiring DJ Kelli if you are looking for a fun, knowledgeable, experienced D.J. All the rave reviews about Puget Sounds is 100% accurate. Book them! We looked around the web at several companies, spoke to a few and landed on Puget Sounds based on the reviews, professional and prompt responses, updated website, and fair/competitive pricing. Dale the manager was very helpful and easy to work with. The proposal/contract website was easy to use and understand. The app for the music and questionnaire was a helpful link between us and DJ Kelli ahead of the event. On day of our wedding DJ Kelli was early, flexible with setup, prompt, and mic'd up the officiant and string duo perfectly. For the reception it was all set up perfectly and made for such a fun dance floor. It all went off without a hitch! Bravo Dale and DJ Kelli! Will definitely recommend to others.

DJ Kelli was incredible! My husband and I thought we were supposed to meet with all the vendors prior to the big day so we set up a video call with her. Only then did we find out that this is not a normal occurrence when it comes to the entertainment (probably because the app is awesome), but DJ Kelli was so cool about it and made us feel completely at ease. Then on the wedding day she killed it! She honored all of our requests smoothly and was able to pivot when unexpected speeches happened. But above everything else, she was a blast! She has fun with what she does and it is apparent. She even joined us out on the dance floor for the last dance! I couldn't have wished for a better experience! Thank you so much, DJ Kelli, for being so rad! I was only slightly offended that she wouldn't join us for the after party! Haha!

Dale and DJ Kelli are incredible! We had an issue with another DJ being prepared, and were so lucky to be able to book with them last minute. Dale made sure everything on the business end was smooth and always responded quickly. The #1 thing we wanted to do was dance, and DJ Kelli read the vibe precisely at our event, which meant we had a full dance floor the whole night. She used my suggested songs but more importantly made all the right song choices for our crowd, and kept the night running smoothly. Thanks Dale and Kelli--you absolutely made our night!

Kelli was such a pleasure to have DJ at our wedding. They were so flexible and able to accommodate our outdoor/indoor sound needs! We had our ceremony outdoors where our celebrant was able to be mic'd up; the mic was quality enough that it could also pick up mine and my husband's voices as we said our vows. At the same time, they had a second set-up ready to go inside where we had our reception. It worked out so well! The communication was quick and reliable, and the ability to build our playlists using their app was fantastic and easy. STOP! Just reach out to them and book! Seriously. Dale and Kelli were the most amazing professional fun easy people I have ever worked with. Not only was the way they build your playlist fun and easy but the communication was prompt and I felt so seen and heard. Day of Kelli was right on time with no issues. We bonded instantly and she made amazing choices when my plans fell short. She even got down on the dance floor and boogies to disney music with my nieces. Book them. You will not regret it.

DJ Kelli and business manager Dale were fantastic to work with! Dale was communicative and professional in coordinating with us, the planning app was a fun way for my partner and I to select music for our wedding, and DJ Kelli went above and beyond on our wedding day. We had to change from indoor to outdoor reception on short notice, and Kelli rolled with the unexpected changes really well, problem solving on the fly. They were fun, engaged, professional and thoughtful (even helping out a guest with dietary restrictions figure out what was safe for her to eat). Kelli did a great job reading the crowd and created a fun atmosphere. I'd highly recommend them!

It was wonderful working with Dale and DJ Kelli. Dale was super responsive to all our questions and sent timely check ins. Our wedding would not have been as joyous without the expertise of DJ Kelli - she's super accommodating, friendly, and has a great ability to determine what music to play to get the crowd going. She even led the group in one of our line dances! We 1000% recommend Puget Sounds, thank you! PS. They even went above and beyond and edited one of the wedding speech videos to eliminate the muffled sound - it was greatly appreciated.

DJ Kelli far exceeded our expectations at our wedding! She was so attentive to every detail and all of the things we wanted, and she also gave incredible suggestions. The manager and Kelli were so kind and professional, as well. There were zero mistakes whatsoever on our wedding day, and EVERYONE was dancing which was my number one goal for the reception. The music choices were incredible, she didn't play any songs that I didn't want played, she played right on the timeline. Truly DJ Kelli was incredible and we would recommend her and Puget Sounds to anyone with any type of event. We are so thankful that DJ Kelli and Puget Sounds was apart of our special day!

DJ Kelli and Dale at Puget Sounds are incredible to work with! As a wedding planning/day-of coordination service, it is wonderful when vendors are professional, flexible, and friendly. DJ Kelli arrived and scoped out the spaces at the venue and helped troubleshoot needs to help make the evening flow smoothly. The music was tasteful, seamless, and they did such a great job emceeing the event. Dale got back to me right away with questions. We were thrilled with DJ Kelli and Dale! Dale communicated quickly and clearly. DJ Kelli was awesome at the wedding! They played all of the music we asked for and asked us before playing any requests from guests (as we asked). Kelli also led guests in different dances on the floor! Their planning app is easy to use and very thorough. We highly recommend Puget Sounds for any event!

Kelli did an amazing job on my special day. The consultation with the manager Dale was super helpful, as was his and Kelli's coordination with my planner, catering staff, and photographer. Kelli's announcements were clear, and had the occasional bit of tasteful humor. I also purchased uplights and premium lighting, both of which were fantastic. The uplights can really tie the room together. They can even match your color scheme! My friends and family really enjoyed it. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect, Kelli and Dale!

Three weeks prior to my Wedding, the DJ that I hired cancelled on me. I looked on The Knot and found Puget Sounds and immediately the manager, Dale, contacted me and came to my rescue and put my mind at ease. The BEST company for all DJ needs! They went far beyond my expectations and made my night unforgettable! I’m very particular about what I want and they literally nailed everything I envisioned. I used them for both the ceremony and reception. Dale and Kelli were a pleasure to work with. I filled out the iPhone app with such a SUPER detailed timeline as well as a custom playlist and they followed it to a T! One of my favorite things from that day was the fact that I requested for my DJ to hype up the crowd before the reception entrance and I could just remember how loud the cheering was before we came in. It was a start to a beautiful and wild party ;) If I could relive this day, I would!

I was hired as a wedding photographer for an event last weekend, and DJ Kelli from Puget Sounds was there. They completely rocked it!! They got the dance floor moving, and was so personable and friendly. My partner and I were particularly impressed at how well they worked with us to make sure we got the best photos possible. Kellan is at the very top of an extremely short list of people on whom I would stake my own reputation.
